Wherever you are in charge of a group in science or industrial business it is helpful to be aware of the principles of effective leadership. This includes a sound understanding of your role and some knowledge about the specific culture of your organisation.
In daily work you should be able to act according to your tasks as a leader and apply the instruments of good organisation and communication with care. Then you can inspire your fellows and reach targets in good atmosphere!
