SUMMARY:Agile Project Management with Scrum
DESCRIPTION:Agile project management is currently a widely discussed topic. Scrum is the leading methodology in this field and is already extensively used in software development. Hardware development is following suit, and more and more manufacturing companies are adopting this framework—either in its pure form or as a hybrid combined with traditional project management approaches.The goal of this workshop is to familiarize participants with the Scrum method, helping them understand and apply it.
